⚠️ Salon Policies & Guidelines To ensure the safety, health, and comfort of all our clients, please carefully read our salon policies before your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation! 1. Service Guarantee (Fixes & Repairs) We take pride in our work. If you experience any gel lifting, chipping, or loss of parts within 7 days of your appointment (including the day of service), we will fix it free of charge. To qualify for a free repair, please contact us within 7 days of your original service and schedule your fix within 10 days. Repairs caused by personal accidents (e.g., hitting your nail hard, peeling the gel off yourself, or breaking your natural nail) or requests for color/design changes are not covered by this guarantee and will be subject to our standard repair fees. 2. Late Arrivals & Cancelation Policy Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service (such as reducing the amount of nail art) or reschedule your appointment to avoid keeping the next client waiting. Cancelations & Rescheduling: Please notify us of any changes or cancelations by 12:00 AM (midnight) the day before your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late cancelation or a no-show, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings and will charge a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. 3. Nail & Skin Health For your safety, we cannot perform services on nails or skin with signs of infection, severe damage, green nail (pseudomonas infection), or open wounds. If any of these conditions are present, we may advise you to consult a medical professional first. Please let us know in advance if you have any known allergies to gel nail products or dust. 4. Children & Accompaniments Our salon contains sharp tools, UV lights, and chemical substances. For the safety of everyone, please consult us in advance if you plan to bring children or guests to your appointment. ⚠️ サロン規約と注意事項 (Salon Policies) お客様に安心・安全な施術と快適な時間をご提供するため、以下の規約を設けております。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。 1. 施術保証（お直し）について (Guarantee Policy) 施術日を含め1週間（7日）以内にジェルの浮き、剥がれ、またはストーンやパーツの紛失等が発生した場合は、無料にてお直しをさせていただきます。 施術日を含め7日以内に当サロンへご連絡をいただき、10日以内にご来店いただける場合に限ります。 お客様ご自身の不注意による破損（ぶつけた、無理に剥がした等）や、自爪自体が折れてしまった場合、またデザインやカラーの変更を希望される場合は保証対象外（有料）となります。 2. 遅刻とキャンセルについて (Late Arrivals & Cancelation) 遅刻について: 万が一遅れる場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。予約時間を15分以上過ぎてご来店された場合、ご希望のデザイン（アートなど）が制限されるか、施術をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。 キャンセル・変更: ご予約の変更やキャンセルは、前日の24時までにご連絡をお願いいたします。無断キャンセルや直前キャンセルの場合、次回以降のご予約をお断りし、キャンセル料（施術料金の100%）を請求させていただきます。 3. 爪や皮膚の健康状態について (Nail & Skin Health) 爪や指先、皮膚に疾患（グリーンネイル、皮膚炎、重度の感染症、出血を伴う怪我など）が見られる場合、ネイリストの判断により施術をお断りするか、医療機関への受診をお勧めさせていただく場合がございます。 ジェルネイルによるアレルギー体質をお持ちの方は、事前にお知らせください。 4. お子様やペットの同伴について (Children & Pets) サロン内には鋭利な器具、有機溶剤、デリケートなネイルサンプル等がございます。安全確保のため、小さなお子様やペットの同伴は事前にご相談ください。安全にお座りいただける状態でのご来店をお願いいたします。
